Shipping and Processing can take 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays)

If you discover an error with the shipping address for an order you’ve already placed, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing (Blacklabaminos@gmail.com) so we can make corrections. Once shipped we will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Black Lab Aminos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery status to the address entered for your order. You will have to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
